A new colored version of the LG Optimus Vu is now available over at SK Telecoms. This is the whitewashed version of the LG Optimus Vu, offering an improved and stylish looking smartphone that should be perfect for the ladies out there.
Aside from that, no other improvements and enhancements were made on the smartphone, carrying practically the same specs that it had when it came out some months ago.
In case you missed it, the initial features of the LG Optimus Vu included LG’s LTE and In-Plane Switching display technology which allows the device to offer tablet-like features through its 5-inch screen.
Other technical specifications of the LG Optimus Vu include a 1.5Ghz dual-core processor, 32GB internal memory, an 8MP camera and a large 2080 mAh battery.
As for the dimensions, LG Optimus Vu measures about 8.5mm and is considered one of the slimmest smartphones you can get in the market these days.
Upon purchase, the LG Optimus Vu will come with an Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. However, an upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream is expected to follow soon.
SK Telecoms will be releasing the whitewashed LG Optimus Vu next week in Korea. However, there is no word yet on how much it would cost and on whether it would also be made available in the international market.
